A bigger and brighter home for Liquip NSW

We've moved to a new site, giving us room to grow and do more for our customers.

Returning to our previous purpose-built factory at 13 Hume Road Smithfield, (and Liquip Internationals former Head Quarters) located off Woodpark Road, has been welcomed by our staff and we hope will be equally welcomed by our loyal customers. This move has also timed in with the arrival of the DDC Diesel business and our capability upgrade to now included dry bulk tanker repairs, parts and servicing and diesel equipment maintenance and repairs. 

This expansive site offers facilities and infrastructure that will assist us to continue with or growth plans:- 

• 10 Double roller shutter doors suitable for multiple vehicles, (Height was specifically designed for tanker access) 
• Large external yard suitable for vehicle maneuvering 
• Purpose built degas bay / gantry
• External covered bays with good ventilation 
• Multiple bays set up for ‘confined space/fall arrest’ work
• ‘On-site’ Paint shed purpose built (fully operational)       

Although facilities for brake roller testing do not currently exist at this site, we have approval to install and commission this equipment onto the grounds. Based on customer demand and interest we could bring this infrastructure installation forward to early 2021. (Currently scheduled for late 2021 early 2022). We are also in the process of adding a new climate controlled drivers room, where drivers can sit and relax and meet their rest obligations in regards to safe haulage requirements. This set up will be a wonderful environment and offer all the creature comforts akin to home. 

We are also in the process of searching for a tenant to sub-lease part of the very large property on a short-term basis until we have scaled up to consume the full site. Already we've added a Paint Shop business, including a spray booth facility, where custom spray painting of equipment, trucks and trailers can be completed. It's an exciting addition and wonderful onsite service extension.
