Meet the latest addition designed to make fleet refuelling easy – the Liquip Rural Refuelling Tank Trailer. Designed by engineers of fuel storage and dispensing equipment, this new trailer exhibits the very best in Australian know-how, design and local components, offering users:

Trailer Design and Component Features

Tank Specifications:

• Heavy Duty Australian made steel plate tank – with baffles (Ford white 2 coat paint finish)
• 1000 L, 1250 L and 2000 L capacities
• Isolation Ball Valve – 1ó" BSP tank outlet
• Drain Valve – 1" Ball value with cap
• Fill point – Tank top with camlock adaptor & cap
• Mushroom Vent – down draft with wire mesh filter

 

Chassis Specifications:

• Heavy Duty 100 x 50 mm boxed trailer frame
• Australian made 14 inch white H/D wheel rims
• 14 inch on-road tyres
• Spare wheel mounted to rear of trailer
• Hydraulic braking system
• Australian made axles and brakes
• Australian made tandem spring set suspension
• Heavy duty easy lift retractable swivel jockey wheel (200 mm wheel)
• 50 mm Ball Hitch assembly (HD cast & bolted to top plate)

• Centrifugal 120 L p/m Pump in marine grade casing coupled to above Honda engine (Incl. Diesel seal kit and carbon/ceramic seal)
• Robust impeller with 1" outlet
• Fast self priming design

• 120 L p/m, 1" inlet and outlet
• Resettable register with totaliser, aluminium casing Hose Reel (10 meter)
• 1" Heavy Duty hose on Spring Rewind H/D Hose reel, swaged hose ends 1" BSP
• Donaldson Filter – Water and Particulate (10 micron)
• OPW Auto Nozzle OPW (1" spout with H/D swivel)
• Nozzle holster with tie down flexi-strap
• Package secured to front of trailer on heavy duty plate
